There are 3 main resources in the game ,food to upgrade your character, science that help research new stuff, industry will help building those and all of them can be easily obtained by opening new doors, which could lead into a safe area but also into a trap room filled with monsters and a monster core that will spawn more. Character’s can’t be directly upgraded, but strengthening and unlocking skills, better weapons with upgrades and new unlocked characters will shape the experience. It shares a lot of features with the mystery dungeon subgenre, although everything happens in real time, and you’ll have to navigate each floor to find the exit, but every room could lead to a monster spawn core that will initiate a monster wave, in the meanwhile you’ll have to protect the crystal and any upgrading machines you’ll have on duty. The story is pretty simple, you’ll find yourself on board of an abandoned space station filled to the brim with monsters, and your objecting is to go trough each floor and finally find the exit while protecting a crystal which is carried by a little robot.
